Mike HenlyShyn St Patricks Day Parade Committee member has some updates and some advice for The 63rd Annual St. Patricks Day Parade. Saturday, March 16, 2019 11AM to start at Newport City Hall on Broadway finishing 1PM at Carroll Avenue at Saint Augustin’s Church in the heart of the Fifth Ward. Then from 1-4PM at the Hut, there will be entertainment with; Bag Pipers, Irish step dancers, pirates, face painting, and more. There will be a “How Green AM I” contest with cash prize ($150, 100, & 50) and a $100 cash door prize! There will also be giveaways. Entry is free! Parade Awards to be announces at Newport Craft Brewing & Distilling Co. in April.
