Join Beverly C., Yoga instructor and Certified Wellness Coach of Drishti Yoga & Wellness, for Vinyasa yoga and to practice better breathing techniques. Sessions are held at Forty 1° North, either dockside or inside, depending on weather. Sat. & Sunday mornings at 8:30am.
