Create your own mushroom log at our mushroom cultivation workshop. Materials are included to inoculate Shiitake mushroom spores into a freshly cut oak log. Guests will learn about mushroom lifecycles, how to properly care for your mushroom log and the remarkable role of mushrooms within an edible landscape.
