Giggles for Littles is a Comedy Show hosted by Doug Key. Doug is the founder of the Rouge Island Comedy Fest. 100% of the proceeds to towards the Four Hearts Foundation. The Four Hearts Foundations main mission is to rebuild the playground on Turnpike Avenue to be bigger, better, safer and all inclusive of age and ability.
